Are some people jinx's?
In 2018 I had an older guy and his wife rent an STR from me. They said they'd be here indefinitely. He's QC for a company of electric contractors. They rented from me for about 6 months until one of their grand kids was a homicide victim. They left in 2018. 2 weeks later I had the Vietnam vet with dementia die on me. The wife of the guy that left was caring for him. They called me about 4 weeks ago and said they are coming back in a week. The same place they stayed in was available. 3 days before they came back, the elderly lady in the apartment of mine next door passed away.
That's 3 deaths right around the time they come or leave my places. Are they jinxed?
