Colorado Springs STR, available long term tenant.
Seeing as the Short Term Rental market is being greatly effected by all of this. I understand a lot of landlords are turning to finding long term renters. I'm hoping to find a place in Colorado Springs CO- preferably 80906 zip code- to rent out as a corporate lease for 1 year. I plan to stay in the house until all of this blows over and then sublease it as an AirBnB/ short term rental and pay the landlord a % of profits.
Does this sound reasonable? And what % is fair?
