@Lucas Carl

Lol I am already doing that but it's always nice to have other ways to get into properties other than "the old fashioned way". I thought you might actually have some constructive feedback about my idea.

@Lucas Carl

Thanks for your reply. Why do you think it's a terrible idea?

@Michael Vialpando

Thanks for your reply. I will find ways to reach owners directly and see what we can come up with. I'm glad you and your wife found a way to push through this and I wish you guys the very best!

Seeing as the Short Term Rental market is being greatly effected by all of this. I understand a lot of landlords are turning to finding long term renters. I'm hoping to find a place in Colorado Springs CO- preferably 80906 zip code- to rent out as a corporate lease for 1 year. I plan to stay in the house until all of this blows over and then sublease it as an AirBnB/ short term rental and pay the landlord a % of profits.

Does this sound reasonable? And what % is fair?

We have a property under contract and will likely have an end buyer purchasing the property to live in not to flip or rent out. I'm looking for recommendations for an investor- friendly Title Company in Colorado Springs Colorado as I'm hoping to do a "dry double closing" as to avoid the fees associated with a "wet double closing" and needing to get transactional funding. Please advise and thanks in advance!

@Don Alder-LaRue

I am extremely grateful for your insight and did have a misunderstanding of the property type. Thank you for breaking it down further for me. Also I was not aware that renting out a manufactured home inside a mobile park was out of question. Thank you thank you.
