Helping or capitalizing on Covid-19

A player in the STR field (not on BP that I'm aware of) has spent "hours in the recent weeks creating a survival guide for STR hosts" on surviving the Covid-19. Is this expected or does it strike you the wrong way? Would you expect it to be free or sold? There is no free content, just how to buy and download this survival kit.
From what I could tell he’s selling how to manage cancellations, how to market going forward and how to clean in compliance of cdc standards and tells you where to find travelers (which fb groups they use). 

While it does sound pretty entrepreneurial, I think we could self-generate our own list here. For free. 
What strategies come to your mind?

All it sounds like he has done is collect freely available information, collate it and then put it out there. It's not hard to find out all that info on your own. My 2 cents...

Most things Real Estate can be found for free here on BP and honestly via Google.

Some people will gladly pay to be spoon fed.
