Abandoned booze, keep it or leave it?
What do you with leftover liquor and beer you find in your STRs? I normally leave it for the next tenants, since I have 2 beers on tap with the kegorator in my garage.

I wouldn’t leave any alcohol. My wife is an insurance underwriter and she would see this as a good way to get sued when they get drunk on your booze and fall down the steps. And I agree with her. Not worth the risk.
