Client looking to rent a place and AirBnB it

So far all landlords declined. Anybody has experience successfully finding this for a rental client? May need to add some sweetener?

Client's an investor so I don't mind spending time on this to "potentially" generate future business.

Buy your own property and then rent it out as a short term rental.  If that fails, you can sell it or make it into a long term rental.

What you are trying to do is rent a car from a car rental place, then trying to make money being an uber driver.  It may work in the short term, but in the long run it will fail.  Build a house of bricks, not a house of cards.
