Is airdna.co a good resource for data

I've got a house that I was going flip but after looking at the preliminary data on airdna.co I think it will make a great short term rental. What other websites or resources are available to see data on short term rentals in my zipcode? And would anyone happen to have an airdna account and would be willing to give me the full data for my zip code? =)

Just look on Airbnb and Vrbo and see what house are renting for in your area. You can also see how full their calendar is.
