How is my new Craigslist ad?

I took some new pictures for my ad so that when people see it, they know what kinds of people I'm targeting.  Once or twice a week I have a call from someone that wants to rent a house and stay there with their wife, 2 kids and dog; I politely refer them to a real estate company here in town that does LTRs.

How is my ad?  Not the written content, but the pictures.  A picture says 1000 words, and I have 24 pictures in my daily CL ad.
