Stumbling on to a good thing....Colorado related VRBO

I have been hosting on VRBO here in Winter Park, CO (my home away from home in GJ) and have been doing well with the revenues on the condo. I am really liking the renters. For the most part people have been great. Only one pet owner caused me some heartburn with the other condo owners. One positive externality on the condo rental is the refreshing trend of beverages being left behind. A few months ago I left a few choice beverages in the fridge for those arriving at the condo for their ski vacation. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the beverages I left were replaced with more beverages and a note. The note stated: thanks for the great beer and here are a few from our home state. During the many "turns" of the condo this trend has continued as I did not drink the beverages and those have since multiplied after each visitor departs. Not all leave me their favorite selections, but I do enjoy the ones that do. It is a great way to get 5 stars. Does anyone else host and have a good experiences to share? I know that the vacation rentals have exceeded my expectations and I would like to purchase another. With the current rental market the math works for a nice ROI.

Personally, I don't provide or leave behind any alcoholic beverages. If someone leaves them, the cleaner takes them home with her or I grab them when I am there. I do provide a nice little welcome basket, but no booze.
Frankly all it will take is one person getting in an accident and injured after drinking something you left behind. That opens the door to a lawsuit against you. "Yes your honor, that would have NEVER happened if the defendant hadn't left that beverage behind! I am as pure as the driven snow and I rarely drink anything but water. It's not my fault, it's theirs."
That is just my opinion.

I'm a little afraid to leave any beer for the next guests as I have many families staying here and wouldn't want to offend anyone. Maybe I'm off base here?

I used to leave little flashlights on all the beds.  Then I switched to a candy bar.  Then I switched to leaving a single serving bottle of wine along with a Cadbury bar.  Had a group of about 20 people rent several houses from me.  One house didn't have those goodies.  The people in that house were disappointed, and they let me know.  I think I bought them a bottle of tequila and some limes.  Disappointment went away.

@John Underwood I don’t think so. Some people are easily offended, but I wouldn’t care about that personally. If someone is a wilting flower they need to grow a spine.

If I provide something for free, they can choose to not use it. No reason to get all pissy about it. Just appreciate the gesture.

I just don’t want to create an issue. Mitigation is the name of the game! Best to just leave the booze to them to take care of.
