Are national parks a good place to do short term rentals

I was wondering if the areas around national parks are a good place to have short term rentals . I am trying to look for a place that has a good occupancy rate. I know there is always  a particular season that is better than the rest. I want to have a decent occupancy rate throughout the year.

@Bobby Movva  You can also do STRs near large employers that utilize contract labor for short term jobs.  I know this one guy that has 23 STRs in a small town with a petrochemical refinery.  He rents them out by the week to contractors.  You know those guys, welder/boilermakers/pipefitters.  Big burly guys with neck tats.  Most of them are pretty agreeable, but he has to deal with the occasional psychotic mutt every now and then.
