Once again my handyman who has no accountability said “maybe next week” and “it’ll be a month” so I tried to book a TAKL for a small job. I got a provider within seconds. They have expanded to my area and this is great news!!

Those of you who self manage check out an app called Takl. It’s like Uber for handymen. I use it very often in different markets (they’re not in every city yet). The best part is, you review the job they did so they actually try. Much like your hard work on Airbnb.

Knoxville has expanded their market to the Pforge Gburg area for many of us cabin owners this is great news!

They take pics before and after the job and submit them for your approval, which is especially handy for long distance managers!
