8+ Bedroom Vacation Rentals

I'm looking to compare notes with other high occupancy vacation rental property owners seeing excellent returns, in an effort to find a new market or two to expand to.  If you're doing well with a larger vacation rental, post some info or drop me a message?

thanks!

@John D. I only know about the Panhandle, lol, so I would say consider 30A (any of the resorts along it have some beautiful larger beachfront homes that rent well). That said, I tend to agree with an earlier poster that 3 to 5 bedrooms seems to be a more marketable vacation rental. I personally have been very impressed with the per sq ft returns on really small units too (like studios on the beach). They rent like crazy and you can have many. Navarre Beach is also a good up-and-coming area where beach front houses are not too expensive yet. There are some that are 5-7 bedrooms, several stories. Navarre is not as "over-discovered" by investors and tourist yet, but will be. Destin has some larger vacation homes, but in my humble opinion the prices are already toward top levels.
