Unresolved known issues on Airbnb/unable to read msgs from guests

Hello BP forum!

I am having trouble accessing my messages from AirBnB. I've called them 3 times regarding this issue and they tell me it's a "known issue" and that they are working hard to resolve it. 

I've had this problem for a week and am missing out on income as I cannot check their questions and my response rate must be in the dumps. I've only been using Airbnb for about 3 weeks.

I asked to speak to a supervisor as their were questions and possible reservations pending, but apparently nobody could authorize a response back or read the messages.

Have you had this issue? Any recommendations?

1- Create a new Airbnb account

2- Hire a experienced computer geek

3- Move to another platform like VRBO
