I have xfinity/comcast at 3 of my properties and every time I call they can not understand that I own more than 1 house. It's an absolute nightmare and I spend 4 hours on hold with 6 different people from 5 different countries and none of them can answer my simple questions. They send bills to the wrong addresses. I install it myself and they charge me $100 installation fees and it takes me 2 hours to remove the fees. after 2 months they auto charge me an extra $50 for HBO and it takes me 2 hours remove it. It's just a mess. But, there are limited other options so I don't have much of a choice. I have another property with Dish and it's not any better and I can't get wifi at that address which doesn't help business.

This is why my primary has no cable.

Unfortunately I have no choice but to deal with this incompetent company. Wondering if you've had better experiences with other companies. Thanks!

@Luke Carl,

For your properties which can get cable but are way out in the styx*, you might eliminate that problem if you can set up service in the name of the LLC which contains the property, like "123 Anystreet, LLC". Talk to their business division, if they have one, which focuses on such properties - the residential service people have no training, scripts, etc. to help you.

*: Styx - from ancient Greek mythology, the river running along the border between the world of the living and the world of the dead ("the underworld", Hades, etc.).
