STR Guest Services or Property Management

Hey everyone! I’m building a short-term rental support business and wanted to get some feedback directly from hosts.

Do you prefer working with a cohost (guest communication, calendar management, cleaning coordination, restocking, etc.) or a traditional property manager (full-service including leasing, maintenance coordination, rent collection, etc.)?

If you’ve worked with both, what did you like or dislike about each model?

Appreciate any insights from the community, especially fellow hosts or managers!
Thanks in advance!

I prefer Co-Hosts, but for every host it is a personal choice and varies with the situation.
