Bottle of Wine for a Welcome Gift
When I was traveling in Europe, Airbnb's often included a bottle of wine. I think it would be a nice touch for my STR, but I'm not sure about the legalities. Any doing this, or have any experience or knowledge to share?

hey @Josh Carpenter. We do not drink but I wasn't opposed to providing a local wine that was fun. Huckleberry wine is made locally.
In the end, I think the liability is too great. Just think about it.
People have an accident on a rented boat and blame you because you provided the booze they drank.
Now that would most likely be a scam of course but it could work.
Bottom line, the wine isn't worth the fermentation...errr...juice worth the squeeze...
