Hi There, We have a STR in Franklin, TN(Closer to Leipers Fork) and are looking for a contractor or handyman for Maintinence items that come up. I am a contractor myself but we live in the Denver area. Let me know if you have any reccomendations.
Thanks!

Hey @John Coffman, you can try apps like Taskrabbit, Angi and Thumbtack. There are more you can look at as well.
If you are looking for general work, those seem to work well for a lot of folk. Even if you need specific services like HVAC and the like.
I am sure you know, but keeping up on maintenance of the hard systems keeps quick service calls to a minimum.
For example we have a service contract on our HVAC. They are out 2x a year servicing and checking. Costs us about $160 a year and includes filter changes. Zero issues with HVAC. Same with the water heater.
putting a post on your local state hosting facebook group might be a good option as well.. Im sure TN has one.
Thumbtack, TaskRabbit, Angie List, and HomeAdvisor are great options.

+1 for all the well known sites. Also if you can find any local hosts in that area they may provide a great recommendation. Also, some property managers have maintenance programs only without the rest of the full service.
