Hi! I'm Arijana I'm just joining the game of REI in Coastal NC. I closed on my first property & shifted from a LTR to a STR/MTR at the end of December. Put up my first listing and am looking to coordinate a team in the area. I'm primarily looking for someone who can complete odd jobs in home for me while I'm not there. Any suggestions?

what kind of odd jobs? We offer cohosting and we are also in NC. Do you mean like a handyman?

I have a camera that's offline that needs to be reset manually as of right now, but pretty soon I'm looking to have a couple things delivered/set up at the house. I'm also looking to flesh out my network of a trust-worthy handyman and plumber for sure. Any suggestions?

 Hi Arijana,

You should look at Taskrabbit or Thumbtack as some different apps where you can hire locals to handle these kinds of tasks. You can also look into local groups on FB that might have other professionals that could help.
