Property Comps - Shipping Container

Hello BP community! I am a new investor looking to purchase my first STR property. I have identified a property, however, I am having issues getting comparative comps as this is the first Shipping container style property in the area.

With that said, does anyone have any tips or tricks on how to identify relative comps?

Thanks in advance!

Ok @Jacob Hafer, I misunderstood your question. You are looking for comps for a purchase, not for your nightly rate etc.

So, is it on a foundation with full utilities? That is going to be the main thing. If it has all those things, then you might be able to use just smaller cottages that are similar.

Having said that, container homes are not something that has gained widespread acceptance. I would make sure your lender is on board.
