Airbnb pricing features - management fee

I was playing around with the fee options in the pricing panel (on desktop) and am curious how fees like the “management fee” impact the guest user experience.

From what I can see if you choose flat rate management fee it will simply add that amount to the nightly rate on every night. Is there anywhere where guest would see this as a fee as opposed to simply +$X on the nightly rate?

At the end of the day consumer's are going to compare your total price to rent your house vs another similar house.

If you have more fees you will not be as competitive as someone will lower or less fees.

When I book a Vrbo or Airbnb I get turned off by a property with high fees and I definitely look at the total cost to rent a house.
