I know the cleaning costs is going to vary pending on how often you have it booked. But my question is is what would we say the average cost of cleaning yearly is? A good guess would be nice just as I piddle around and research! I’m a newbie so be nice haha

I think everyone made good points. Unless you have the house all picked out, it is hard to estimate.

Cleaning fees in some areas will be much less than others.

@John Underwood hit it right that it is a pass through cost, for the most part.

We have to pay our cleaner more than we charge due to being so far out of town.
