Myrtle Beach STR Connect
Hi BP community!
I'd like to invest in an STR in the Myrtle Beach area.
Would like to connect with investors and agents in the area.
Seems to check out as a strong vacation rental market. I like northern Myrtle Beach or North Myrtle Beach most.
Targeting something in the $300k range, which probably gets us a condo. Interested in thoughts on an ocean front condo in that range. Experience with performance, buildings to be in or stay away from, good and bad of HOA, etc…
