Bypassing 3 month minimum stay in Crystal River

Zachary Bellinghausen
Posted

I have found a duplex that is decently priced and would be a great STR but the city of Crystal River, Florida has a 3 month minimum stay in the area. Is there a way to work around this and/or get special permission somehow to allow nightly/weekly stays? I already know the likely answer to this, but curious to see what the freedom loving constitutional capitalists have to say on the subject.

I love my freedom as much as the next guy,  but the rules are the rules.
