Hello, my friend bought a really nice 4BR lakefront home on Lake Hartwell (Georgia / South Carolina border). Due to his life schedule it’s probably going to be vacant for the next 6 months, so I told him I’d ask around if someone wants to get some furniture and arbitrage it.
