I tried searching on the forum and couldn't find this. What's a good tax rate to use in my cashflow model for my STR in the smokies>? also what's an estimated snow removal/landscaping per year - $1000?

Snow removal was zero for this winter.

Landscaping for me was about $500 for a year.
