Monthly Stay Refund policy

I'm currently listing a unit for monthly furnished stays on several platforms. One is AirB&B and I'm setting the refund policy. What's a good policy to set for this? I don't yet have a sense for how many travelers will cancel potentially, or what a normal 'stay' is yet so it makes it a challenge to decide.

Replied

It is going to be tough to back fill a cancelled 30 day reservation so I would be strict with my cancellation policy.
