Branson, Missouri & Dubuque, Iowa

I am currently in the BPs STR course and getting pretty amped up about starting one after they teach me all the ins & outs of the business. I am looking at starting a STR in either the Branson, Missouri and/or Dubuque, Iowa areas. I am interested in any advice or Pros & Cons from investors for either of those areas? Also wondering if anyone would recommend a great agent in either of those areas? Thanks in advance for any responses I receive!
