Property Managment company
I started a Vacation Rental Management business good for me! But I had a buddy bring his STR over to me from Vacassa to manage and they are telling him he cannot rent it out for three months on AirBNB or VRBO. Has anyone heard of that before?
Thx

So @Eric Bilderback, I know that Vacasa has a 90 notice of cancellation policy. You have to give them 90 days and honor all the currently booked guests.
Maybe that is what they mean. You should check and see about the empty days. I am betting they will try to fill those days in the 90 so you most likely have to wait the 3 months.
I wouldn't be surprised if they bargain basement the rate as well for those remaining days. Something of a smaller something is better than nothing.
