Purchasing an investment property in Hilton Head. Would like some hard numbers on rental properties to help with our purchase and Will need a company to manage rentals once we close.

Need more details. Do you mean nightly? Expected CoC return?

Have you searched on VRBO and AirBNB to see what the nightly rates and occupancy are? What is your budget?
