Want some feedback from actual investors in Huntsville. I am purchasing a new construction home. 4 bed 2 bath. Wondering how quick rentals move in your personal experiences. Still high demand for rentals? Or is all the building over saturating the rental market?

Looking for top college rental areas. Best clientele/ best value/ most rental income etc. have owned both STR & LTR in FL. Many areas are priced to high to cash flow up and down the east coast. Researching the college rental market. Any info/ recommendations appreciates

Actually just sold a property in Naples. Would love to buy there again but prices are too inflated. Seems the same most of the state eliminating most earning potential on short term rental property. PSL seems an affordable up and coming spot to possibly invest. 🤷🏼‍♂️
