STR accounting software
I'm sure this have may been discussed before, but I missed it. I currently use Excel to track all my rev and expenses - I have 11 doors - mostly STR and a few LT. I need something better to keep track of things. Any input on Accounting Software that is easy and kinda of tailored to STR - or rentals? A couple that I have heard of is Freshbooks, Quickbooks, Zoho, Xero....anybody have experience with any of these or others? Looking for something easy to use and economical. Thanks in advance.

My house cleaner does all my book keeping on a spreadsheet for free. I also get to sleep with her. Maybe you can make a similar arrangement with your maintenance guy?
