came across a suggested video today on YouTube. looks like there's a big influencer on there pushing STR Arbitrage…This likely explains the almost daily posts regarding this topic from primarily new accounts….It also may explain why people refer to STR as "airbnb" properties. I think we will all have to just get used to them. I subscribed so I can be first to know what not to do.

Get rich schemes tend to burn out.
