First time short term renter
Hi! I'm just under contract for my first short term rental home. I've decided to go ahead and jump in and learn more as I go. That being said, do I need a booking system to keep my rental organized with bookings or do I just list it on a site like Airbnd or VRBO? This will be my only one for about a year but plan to buy more and want to streamline the process. Any suggestions would be great. Also, any suggestions in general I will take ;) Thanks ahead of time.
