Starting A Glamping Business in 2022? Any new tips?

Hey everyone, I used to do more condos in the city of Houston but am now venturing out into a massive glamping site at the nearby Lake Livingston. Any other glamping hosts in here? I'd love to hear your tips and experience as I move further into it. What was your biggest hurdle or guest problem that you didn't expect? After doing over a year of research before I pulled the trigger, I put together all my tips for how I figured out what steps I needed going into the glamping site. It gave me alot of clarity to know budgets, feasibility, and more. Thanks!
