Has anyone been murdered in the same block as your STR?

A few weeks ago one of my STR tenants called me one evening and said there were a whole bunch of police cars down the street. I drove by the next day and a house was cordoned off with evidence tape. There were also 6 law enforcement vehicles parked outside. Turns out there was a murder. I've got 3 houses on the same block. Anything llike this happen to you?
