    Roger that @Adam Czajkowski. I find the cons to far outweigh the pros IMHO. If you are wealthy and just want to dabble, I think the risk is worth it. Just be prepared to lose it all if the market turns, the municipality changes the rules or the owner decides to do it themselves. Just my 2 cents. Good luck!
