Small Multifamily and Short-Term Rentals
Have any of you had success with 2-4 unit properties and short-term rentals? My objective is cash flow and combining a small multifamily home with Airbnb/STR looks attractive, at least on paper.

Be careful and be sure to check with the local town on their ordinances. I was going to buy a four unit building and do the same thing. I learned that I could only short term rent One out of the Four units. All the other ones had to be long term because the town doesn't want to limit housing for longer term tenants.
