Got a call from a guy that wanted to rent a place.  He was staying with his aunt and 3 nieces and wanted out of the estrogen festival.  Told him how much my places are, and the conversation was pretty much over after 60 seconds.  He kept me on the phone for another 15 minutes telling me his life story and trying to get me to attend his church.
