Official diary of the Summit
I open this topic for all of us who not be able to come to the summit.
Summit attendees please write your daily experiences in this daybook maybe with some pictures if possible. So we can participate with you :).
And now, please enjoy!

Back at home and into the swing of things, well to be honest, looking forward to some needed sleep. I didn't get much with all the fun networking & late night outings with my fellow BP members.
Each time I arrived in the hotel loby or one of the many local resstaurants/bars, I was able to interact with so many people and really enjoyed the entire experience. This was an event that will not soon be forgotten!
Keith- you are NOT taking my job of stuffing the gift bags! That is something I'm EXTREMELY capable of! Volunteer for something TECHIE-which I don't do.
Where are the pics? The groups- the sessions- the MOP after the entire tray of water was dumped down my back at Johnny Rockets-"Ember and I with Coach bags(inside joke for those that attended by session). Thanks to Ember for being a great sport! Rich

Ember Dye, you've been tagged on BP. I'm just glad this pic shows off Rich's hair....
I am taking a break from the 200+ emails I am now behind on to say how awesome the BP Summit was. I truly enjoyed and learned a lot from many of the sessions, but the real education happened at the lunch and dinner table and bars. I really enjoyed meeting all of you I talked with and I look forward to the next one. BP kicks ***!
My business partner and I have already decided to set aside money to go to the summit next year. The feedback only makes me wish I would have been there more. Job well done, Josh.
See you all next year.
Not sure if this is the best place to put this comment, but I thought I should highlight how grateful I am to all the speakers I talked to.
I've been other conferences in the past where the speakers left as soon as their session was over, this was definitely NOT the case at the Summit. All the speakers were easily accessible to the conference members and gracious with their time. I recall hearing one speaker answer the same exact question with three different attendees without showing the least bit of attitude.
Kudos to the presenters and to Josh for finding such high quality faculty for the Summit.

The conference was absolutely amazing and learned so much stuff. Thanks to everyone who shared their stories and insights. Can't wait for the next one!
And now...
Here is Rich's Gatorade shower moment:
And the lucky guy gets an autographed copy of Rich's book... the next person who needs Rich's book, you know what to do.
What an incrediable weekend this was.. As a presenter Been to many Events all across Candan and this event was class A with Class A people. Thank you BP and Josh and everyone who volenteered.. Next time we have to create more buzz in Canada to bring more of canadians down and see what an incrediable group of people you are in the USA.
Tahani Aburaneh - I could not agree more! It was an event to be remembered. Our lunch together and conversation during our ride back to the airport was fantastic. I see lots of deals coming in the future between Canada and the USA. I certainly hope to see you again soon.
Leon,
How does one get the shower picture visible??? Somebody help. Where is my techie alter ego Jon Klaus? Help. Rich
Josh and helpers, thanks for the great conference! And a huge thank you to all of the speakers who took precious time out of their undoubtedly busy life to share some wisdom with all of the attendees!
So I was one of the last ones to leave Denver. Had a late flight back to Columbus last night. Ended up talking to the guy next to me-of course in conversation he asked why I was in Denver. I told him for a real estate investor conference. He ended up telling me he had some rentals for years. I asked him if he had heard of Bigger Pockets-he was pretty sure he had heard of it. I wrote down the website for him-he said he was going to check it out. Spreading the word about Bigger Pockets!

Yesterday we shared a ride from the Hyatt to the airport with McKellar from TN, and shot a video in the taxi.

It's about not about the summit, per se, but an example of working together through networking and social media to get deals done.
It was good to meet you, McKellar, and so many others!
Jon K. what a great testament to this conference!
I can't thank Josh, the speakers, and attendees enough for this great event!

To carry it further BP, click on the link, watch the video, share it via twitter, FB, and Google+. Post a keyword rich comment under the video. It gets the word out and builds momentum.
What a stellar example Jon.
And McKellar, also very happy to have met you.
Was Sherry Lewis at the summit?
I miss she since a couple of weeks here on BP and thought she bought a ticket for the event.

It was great hanging with you Mckellar and learning about all the deals you have done thus far. Looks like you move faster than most, after talking about your desire to sell the current portfolio and invest closer to home, you certainly found a great way to get the word out - nicely done Jon!
@Rich, Sorry not sure how to make it more noticeable!
Leon- it came up fine now. Thanks. Rich
A little more than 1 month later and only 3 pics of the event ( all with Rich more or less :) ). Is there any pics from the conference halls?
-Uwe
Uwe S. I have seen hundreds of pics from the event. Joshua Dorkin posted them somewhere on Facebook but I cannot find them right now. Maybe Josh can post a link?

Thank you Joshua Dorkin.
I'm not on any of the social media things and didn't know I could get the pics on Facebook. I could! It was great. Lots of fun memories and good times. Thanks Josh. Rich
