Tennant wants to add people to lease when it renews.

Hi everyone! I have a home that I lease out to a Tennant, she is a divorced lady with 2 young kids kids that she shares custody with her ex. She also has a dog. She has asked me if her male friend and his 2 kids which he shares custody with his ex could move in when the lease expires in September. He also has a dog.

I would greatly appreciate everyones thoughts on what I should do.

Thanks in advance.

What @Zachary Elliott said.

If you have the room and don't mind, you should screen them (him) as though they were all applying (because they are).

Personally, I need to interview the dogs, as well.  There've been Yorkies I would never allow, but I allowed an English Mastiff once.  You couldn't tell she lived there -- The owners laundry smelled more than the dog!

In my area, you would need a 3 bedroom at least.  (2 occupants per room plus 1)
