Hi everyone! I have a home that I lease out to a Tennant, she is a divorced lady with 2 young kids kids that she shares custody with her ex. She also has a dog. She has asked me if her male friend and his 2 kids which he shares custody with his ex could move in when the lease expires in September. He also has a dog.

I would greatly appreciate everyones thoughts on what I should do.
