Insurance Relocation Tenants

Hey BP!

I recently had an agent who works for an insurance relocation company reach out to me asking if they could place someone in our property. The company that has reached out to me looks legit but they are offering to pay about 50% more for rent so my "too good to be true" alarm is definitely blaring.

Wasn't able to find much info on this in the forums so decide to drop a post to see if anyone else has done this. If you have, I'd love to hear about your experience(s). Please, feel free to drop general info here but even better would be a dm with specific info about the company you worked with.

Cheers!

Enter the name of the insurance or relocation company into google and view their feedback; some of them quit paying rent after a few months while others are honest and honor the lease and their financial obligations. If you do it have them sign the lease along with the tenant, and get rent and security deposits in advance. Just like you would normally do.
