How do I pay the bills, taxes, and insurance of a property?
Hello Biggerpockets community I know this may be some stupid questions, but I feel like these basic questions will help me a lot.
1. Who do I pay the water/sewer bill to? Is the city? How can I give it to them?
2. How can I pay the taxes? The property I'm closing on is quaterly.
3. How do I pay for Insurance?
4. Is there a way I can make it automatic where it just takes off my checking account?
