Covid 19 Tenants taking advantage

Hey BP,

I'm having issues collecting rent due to Covid 19 and the eviction moratorium. I was in the process of evicting my tenants before Covid 19 hit but when April came around everything went downhill - tenants stopped paying their rent, I had to change my management team and maintenance costs/cap ex went up. i am struggling paying my mortgage and also keeping a roof over my head. I was thinking to going on forbearance but I dont need my credit score to go down. what you suggest I do? also I found out there is a clause in the no eviction that I'm planing on using.

There are tenants out who have been adversely impacted financially due to the pandemic, but there are also those who have the funds to pay rent but are not because they know they can't be evicted. Hard times indeed.
