Rent increase during the pandemic

Is there anyone who is increasing rents during the pandemic? What is everyone doing? My rents are below the market rent. I am considering increasing the rents.

@Chipo Asare We have 600+ houses in Dallas Fort Worth. For the most part we have chosen to not increase at this time. We don't want to get the PR backlash that could result. But so long as you don't make major moves, you should be ok. I mean your taxes and insurance most likely went up.
