@Erik B. Thank you. It’s something to think about. I don’t buy in Newyork anymore. Am now investing in Pennsylvania. The rental income in Newyork is great though. New York is a tenant friendly state, am now buying in Pennsylvania. Thank you

@Steven Foster Wilson , their leases  are going to expire in February. They started telling me that they are working part time, and getting unemployment. They are preparing me not to increase their rents. They started telling me this in advance. Because they know that am about to increase their rents. Tenants they communicate with each other. Thank you

Hello everyone. Is there anyone who is increasing the rents, these days? I have 2 apartments that I need to increase the rents, but am not sure if I should raise it or not. Their rents are $300 below the market rates. Tenants are using COVID 19, for not accepting a rent increase. They’re in Queens Ny! I usually increase the rents every year.
