Experienced landlords and diy's, which flooring flooring is more durable for tenants? Click ones or glue down ones?  Or you think of any other option?

@Hamad Khan which is more durable, it's not even close, glue down by a mile BUT it must be done correct and not using the cheap-o "slumlord-special" sticky back 1' tiles, that's NOT what's referenced when so many talk about glue down.

Factor a budget up to what carpet would be 2x, and you will have many quality options that are all but indestructible, look great, and that 0 maintenance at turns for years to come satisfaction will outlast any regret of paying $1-$2sqft more than what could have been done with cheapest NON-lasting options.
