When do I ask for discount from the PM?
So far, the PM I'm using has been doing a good job.
At what point should I ask my PM for a discount due to the number of my units they manage? Is it a unit count or an dollar amount they bill to me?
Thank you,
Luke

I like to setup the fee step down at the beginning of the relationship; when so many units are reached or a certain monthly revenue is reached. I would not ask for one if you have not added many units recently. It is usually easier when you are bringing on more units to negotiate at that point.
