Rental market during coronavirus time

Hey guys,

Hope you are all well and getting your rents.

Not a question just my recent experience filling a house in my market.

I finished a rehab last Friday on a house I bought in August, and listed it same day. Zillow and it’s sites, FB marketplace. From Friday until yesterday I had 70+ inquiries (I weed out bad ones by stalking their FB pages), about a dozen or so showings, 8 applications. I had the pick of the litter and took a deposit last night for May 1.

So it’s either still a great rental market or the fact that my house looked amazing ;)

Bonus- I’ve got great cash flow and about $60k in equity!

Stay safe everyone!
