Evicting tenant: any way to discourage destruction?

A tenant residing in a multifamily we bought in July decided to stop paying in December. I'm glad to be rid of him and his messy disruptive crew, but is there any way to discourage them from trashing the place on the way out? I don't even have a SS# on this guy. Can I ask the eviction judge to give it to me?

Yes I agree you can offering him key's for cash....and work out some sort of walk thru of your property before giving him any money...Reason being it might be cheaper than replacing and fixing a lot of things...Now with that being said gather as much information from future tenant's as you can....so if you have to go to court for evictions or etc....the judge can order some sort of garnishments for your damages done to your property...
